As a Transaction Coordinator, I'm often left out of the loop when it comes to communication about a deal. That was NOT the case with Jennifer. She would personally call me if she needed assistance from us to get things rolling and always cc me in emails. This transaction was far from easy. The HOA was a nightmare to work with and eventually stop accepting our phone calls to obtain documents to close on time. When Jennifer realized their corp office was down the street from hers, she drove down there to get an answer in person and by the next morning the documents were delivered.
