I’m a first time homebuyer-never thought it would be possible to get lending under my circumstances but Jennifer MADE A WAY! She was very helpful, very creative and very thorough. And to top it off she was very patient with me. Through all my tardy responses and me not staying on top of my end of things she definitely helped push me with guided directions to get things done and I really need that sometimes. It’s been a year later and she followed up with me about filing my homestead AND followed up about refinancing (because again, I REALLY need those friendly reminders and gentle pushes). I’m not sure where to start but Jennifer and her team is definitely a force to be reckoned with. She is a firecracker and a woman of her word. When she tells you that she will get you to the Closing table, she will do exactly that. Even though I had doubts, due to my previous experience with another lender. She ensured me that she can and will make it happen. We closed on our First Home March 25th, 2024, within 3 to 4 weeks. God was definitely in the mist of it all.

Testimony time!
My husband and I have been First time homeowners for a little over a year now. We are so grateful that God afforded us this opportunity. Last month, or maybe it was in March, I was contemplating on refinancing our home to get a better interest rate. I was indecisive about it, but God spoke and said, "I got you." Long story short, this past Tuesday was closing day. God saw fit for us to refinance our home, going from a 7.75 to a 6.12 interest rate, and from a 30-year to a 25-year mortgage. At first it was great; however, something didn't sit right within my spirit, so I decided to call up Jennifer from Integrity Home Lending to walk me through the document that was sent to me. She informed me by law in the state of Texas I can't look at other people's documents, you would have to sign paperwork with me first and go through the process with Integrity before I can look at any paper sent to you." This transaction was far from easy. The HOA was a nightmare to work with and eventually stop accepting our phone calls to obtain documents to close on time. When Jennifer realized their corp office was down the street from hers, she drove down there to get an answer in person and by the next morning the documents were delivered. This transaction was far from easy. The HOA was a nightmare to work with and eventually stop accepting our phone calls to obtain documents to close on time. When Jennifer realized their corp office was down the street from hers, she drove down there to get an answer in person and by the next morning the documents were delivered.
