Integrity Home Lending is the BEST and I mean the BEST company that is out here fighting for the rights of our people. As a Transaction Coordinator, I'm often left out of the loop when it comes to communication about a deal. That was NOT the case with Jennifer. She would personally call me if she needed assistance from us to get things rolling and always cc me in emails. This transaction was far from easy. The HOA was a nightmare to work with and eventually stop accepting our phone calls to obtain documents to close on time. When Jennifer realized their corp office was down the street from hers, she drove down there to get an answer in person and by the next morning the documents were delivered. From that day on she agreed to help me close on my house by my closing date. Day to day hour to hour we were worked on getting me closed by Nov 21. Then found out that my DTI would not by myself so I got my bro as a CO borrower. And was able to get my closing date to Nov. 29.
